Once you request physical delivery of gold coins or jewelry, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery. Please record an unboxing video for claim processing.
Physical gold jewelry purchased through Meera Gold can be exchanged at our partner outlets subject to purity testing and current "buy-back" rates.
Orders for physical delivery can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Digital gold purchases are final and cannot be canceled.
