Once a purchase of digital gold is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the gold is instantly allocated to your vault based on live market prices.
If your payment was debited but the gold was not credited due to technical issues, a full refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Users who wish to liquidate their gold holdings can use the "Sell" feature in the app. The proceeds will be credited to your linked bank account after fulfilling the necessary cooling-off period requirements.
